COD Policy
We truly appreciate every customer who chooses Wobbly Wolf. It’s always exciting to see our designs reach people who love and enjoy them.
We introduced Cash on Delivery based on mutual trust and understanding. However, we’ve noticed that a small number of COD orders are being canceled at the time of delivery, with some customers telling the courier agent that they never placed the order and cancelling it on the spot. This is disheartening and undermines the time and effort we put into preparing and shipping these orders. Although it happens only occasionally, it impacts our ability to serve our genuine customers efficiently.
To ensure a smooth and reliable shopping experience, we are introducing the following measures:
- During checkout, your phone number will be verified via OTP. This is only to confirm that we have the correct and complete delivery address and is not used for any other purpose.
- Within 3 days of placing your COD order, you may receive a WhatsApp call/message, SMS, or email to confirm your order.
- If we do not receive a confirmation within this period, the order will be automatically canceled, and you will receive a cancellation notification.
We understand that genuine customers might occasionally miss this confirmation due to unforeseen reasons. If you feel your order was mistakenly canceled, please reach out to us at support@wobblywolf.com, and we will gladly assist you.
Additionally, we may not fulfill COD orders if the address appears incomplete or unclear.
We regret having to take these steps, but honesty and respect for your time and ours are core values at Wobbly Wolf. These measures help us continue delivering a smooth, enjoyable shopping experience for all our customers.
