We ship all orders within 1-3 working days.

All orders are shipped completely free of cost.

> How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
For orders within India, delivery typically takes 5–7 working days, depending on your location and other factors such as public holidays or extreme weather conditions. In some rare cases, it may take up to 2 weeks if a product’s availability is limited (you will be notified of this situation). For deliveries to parts of Jammu & Kashmir and North East India, it may take up to 10 working days.

> How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, the tracking details will be shared with your email address. If you do not receive them, please contact us at support@wobblywolf.com within 48 hours of placing your order, and we’ll assist you promptly.

> Which courier partners do you use?
We partner with Delhivery and Bluedart, depending on your pincode, to ensure safe and timely delivery.

> What if the tracking details show the product as delivered, but I haven’t received it?
While rare, sometimes orders are received by family members, neighbours, flatmates, or office mail rooms. If you genuinely haven’t received your order, we will investigate thoroughly and, if necessary, refund the total amount. Please note that the investigation process may take up to 10 working days.

If you receive a delivery notification but haven’t received your order, please inform us within 48 hours of the notification. We will immediately raise the matter with our courier partner and work to resolve it. After this 48-hour window, it may be difficult for us to take action, and we cannot be held liable for any losses.
