Exchange & Return Policy

> Timing: All exchange or return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery (excluding the day of delivery).
> Size or Wrong Product: If you receive the wrong size or product, we’ll happily exchange it for the correct one of the same value—no extra charges and we can arrange reverse pickup. If the new product is of higher value, the difference must be paid online.
> Size Issues: We offer Free Exchange for size issues (no refunds) as long as the new product is of the same value.
> Product Condition: Products submitted for exchange must have their original sticker label, be properly folded, and packed securely to ensure that they are not damaged in transit. Exchanges will not be processed otherwise.
> Refunds: Refunds are given only for defective products. Please email support@wobblywolf.com with your order number, issue description, and photos of the defective product.
> Exceptional Cases: If a return is accepted for reasons other than mentioned above, Rs. 100 will be deducted for reverse pickup. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or your provided bank account.
> Design & Colour Variations: Slight differences in colour or design from website/social media/ads are normal and not eligible for return or refund.
> Customer Responsibility: Refunds will not be issued if defects result from customer actions. Do not accept damaged packages at delivery.
> Policy Exceptions: We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or returns if the merchandise does not qualify. Only one exchange/return per order is allowed.
> Used or Washed Products: Any product that has been used or washed cannot be exchanged or refunded.
> Sale & Discounted Items: Products purchased during sales or with discount codes are non-refundable.
